How long does the surface installation really take?
It depends on the number of courts and the system you choose, so we give you a firm schedule after the technical visit rather than a generic figure. What we commit to is that the schedule you approve is the schedule we work to: the application phases are planned around your calendar before anyone arrives on site.
What happens if it rains during the project?
Rain is planned for, not reacted to. We schedule the application phases around the local climate, and each layer has defined conditions it can be laid in. If weather moves a phase, we work to the plan you already approved instead of improvising — which is exactly why we build contingency into the schedule up front.
How do you coordinate work during exam periods or major events?
Your academic calendar is an input to the plan, not an obstacle we discover later. Before work starts we map your exam periods, graduations and home events, and phase the installation around them. You get a single point of contact who owns that coordination for the whole project.
What formal documentation do I receive, and when?

What does the sub-base need to be before the surface is applied?
The surface needs a sound, correctly drained and level base to perform and to be warrantable. Assessing your existing base is one of the main jobs of the free technical visit: we tell you whether it can be built on as-is or what preparation it needs, before you commit to anything.
What happens after the initial technical visit?
